What We Do
Family and Carer Guidance
We provide guidance sessions for families and carers to help them better understand ADHD, autism and other forms of neurodiversity. These sessions support families to build stronger relationships, reduce stress at home and develop more informed approaches to care, communication and day-to-day support
Workshops and Training
We deliver workshops and training for schools, employers and community organisations to increase awareness and understanding of neurodiversity. Our training helps create more inclusive learning and working environments, supports better communication and reduces stigma around ADHD, autism and related conditions.
Peer Support Groups
We facilitate peer support groups where individuals and families can connect with others who have shared experiences. These groups provide a safe space for connection, shared experience and mutual encouragement, helping to improve mental health outcomes by reducing isolation and support emotional wellbeing.
Signposting and Community Support
We help individuals and families identify and access appropriate health, social care and community services more efficiently, supporting better outcomes and stronger community integration.
ADHD Assessments
If you’re seeking clarity about whether you have ADHD, we offer access to private ADHD diagnosis appointments performed by a trusted medical professional. These sessions provide a thorough assessment, helping you understand your strengths, challenges, and next steps. Early identification can enable individuals to access support sooner, helping to reduce long-term difficulties in education, employment, relationships and daily life.
During your assessment with our private doctor, you will receive a comprehensive evaluation that focuses on your experiences, history, and personal challenges. After the assessment, you’ll receive guidance, resources, and optional follow-up support to help you manage ADHD effectively and confidently.
One-to-One Support and Coaching
We provide personalised one-to-one support and coaching for individuals with ADHD, autism and other forms of neurodiversity. This support helps people develop coping strategies, improve organisation, manage stress, build confidence and enhance overall wellbeing in daily life.
